What we claim, what we refuse to claim, and how to check the difference.
This page is deliberately unusual for a corporate website. It sets out the rules this site is written under, the questions we answer with a flat no, and the registers where our identity can be confirmed independently.

Every identity claim is checkable
Legal name, IČO, VAT number, registered seat, registration date, court file number, share capital and the names of the statutory body are published in full on every page or on the About page, and each links to the register that holds it. Nothing about who we are rests on our own say-so.
No claim we cannot evidence
There are no client names, logos, testimonials, case studies, ratings, awards, headcount figures, project counts or success percentages anywhere on this site. Not because there is nothing to say — because you could not check any of it, and a claim you cannot check is not information.
No promised outcomes
We commit to process, not to results. Cost, revenue, efficiency and headcount outcomes depend on decisions inside your organisation. Any figure in a study is a scenario on stated assumptions, labelled as such, and never presented as a forecast.
Regulated work goes to regulated people
Our trade licence is the unregulated category. It does not authorise legal advice, tax advice, statutory audit, investment advice, or the issuing of certifications — and we do not perform any of them. When an engagement touches one, we say so and it goes to a licensed adviser.
Six questions we answer with a no.
These are the questions where a vaguer answer would win more work. They are answered here so that nobody spends a meeting finding out.
- Will you guarantee a percentage improvement?
- No. Anyone who does is guessing about your staff, your customers and your market. We will tell you what we would document, what we would change, and what would have to be true for it to help.
- Can you get us ISO certified?
- No. We can help you prepare the documentation, controls and evidence file, but certification is granted by an accredited certification body that is independent of us, and no work of ours makes that outcome more certain than the evidence itself does.
- Can you advise on our tax position or a contract dispute?
- No. Both are regulated in the Czech Republic. We will say so and point you to a tax adviser registered with the Chamber of Tax Advisers or an advocate registered with the Czech Bar Association.
- Do you have case studies?
- None are published. Client work is confidential, and an anonymised case study is unverifiable by definition. We would rather show you the method and the boundaries than a story you cannot check.
- How many people work at Digital Grooove?
- We do not publish a headcount, because the number changes with subcontracted specialists and any figure would be a snapshot presented as a fact. You are told who will do your work, by name, in the proposal.
- Where is this website hosted?
- On a virtual private server rented from a commercial hosting provider. We deliberately do not claim an EU-only hosting location on this page, because we would need to have measured it to say so honestly. The enquiry data itself is held on that server and is not transferred to any third party for their own purposes.

A page about integrity is easy to write and worth nothing on its own. What makes the statements above testable is that each one is either a refusal — checkable by reading the rest of the site and finding no testimonial, no logo wall, no percentage — or a register link you can open right now.
