Mapping how work actually moves through an organisation, then redesigning the sequence, hand-offs and ownership so that each step has one accountable owner and one defined input.

We document the current process as it is performed rather than as it is described in a manual — interviews with the people doing the work, a walk-through of each hand-off, and a written map of decision points, waiting states and rework loops. From that map we propose a revised operating sequence: which steps merge, which are removed, which need a defined trigger, and who owns each one. Deliverables are documentation and a proposed target design; implementation happens with your own staff and your own systems, on a timetable your management sets.

Enterprise Resource Integration & Administrative Support

Back-office and administrative capacity: keeping records, registers and internal data consistent across the tools a business already runs, and carrying defined recurring administrative work.

Most organisations hold the same information in several places — a CRM, a spreadsheet, an ERP module, a shared drive — and the copies drift. We define which system is authoritative for each data object, write the reconciliation rules, and then either hand those rules to your team or carry the recurring administrative work ourselves under a defined scope. This is administrative and organisational support work: document control, register upkeep, structured data preparation, and coordination between the systems and the people who use them.

Strategic Business Services & Management Support

Structured analysis for a decision a management team has to take: options written out, assumptions made explicit, and the evidence behind each one stated so the decision stays theirs.

This is written analytical work — the Czech register calls it advisory and consultancy activity and the preparation of expert studies and reports. We take a defined question, assemble what is actually known, set out the realistic options with their assumptions and dependencies made explicit, and say plainly where the evidence is thin. Where we hold no view we say so. The output is a document your management can act on, argue with, or reject; we do not sign off decisions and we do not present projections as forecasts.

Quality Assurance & Compliance Readiness Support

Preparing the documentation, controls and internal evidence an organisation needs before an external assessment — as organisational support work, not as a certifying or advisory authority.

We help an organisation get its own house in order ahead of an external audit, certification assessment or customer review: identifying which controls exist only verbally, writing them down, testing that the written procedure matches what people actually do, and assembling the evidence file. We also carry out testing, measurement and inspection work within the scope filed in the Czech trade register. What we produce is internal readiness material. The assessment itself, and any certificate, comes from an accredited body that is independent of us.
